You’ll join a supportive finance team where you’ll receive hands-on training and exposure to a broad range of accounting processes. Your responsibilities will develop as your confidence grows, giving you the opportunity to gain experience across areas such as purchase and sales ledger, reconciliations, journals, accruals and prepayments, month-end processes and financial reporting. You’ll work alongside experienced finance professionals, giving you the chance to learn from those around you while gradually taking ownership of your own areas of responsibility.

Skills Required

• Recently graduated with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related subject, or have some relevant finance experience and are looking to progress your career.
• A genuine interest in building a long-term career within accountancy and developing your technical knowledge.
• Strong numerical ability, with good attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work.
• Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to manage your workload and meet deadlines.
• Confident communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues across the business.
• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, with the confidence to ask questions, learn from others and take on new challenges.
