We’re working with a growing Birmingham-based business that’s looking for a Billing Administrator to join its friendly and supportive finance team. Whether you’re a recent graduate, have completed an AAT qualification, or already have some office experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to build a long-term career within finance.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring customers are billed accurately and on time, while developing valuable skills that can open doors across finance, accounting and commercial operations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Raising and processing customer invoices
• Maintaining accurate billing records
• Resolving invoice and billing queries
• Liaising with customers and internal teams
• Supporting month-end finance processes
• Assisting with reporting and data analysis

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related subject, or relevant office experience
• Has excellent attention to detail
• Enjoys working with numbers and data
• Is confident communicating with colleagues and customers
• Has good IT skills, particularly Excel
• Is eager to learn and develop their career
