One of our regional contractors are looking to appoint a Working Foreman to their existing growing team. The company specialise in interiors contracts within the Office, Healthcare, Education and Industrial sectors. Undertaking projects ranging from full fit out’s to partition walls, suspended ceilings and drylining.

The Working Foreman Role
As Working Foreman, you will be responsible for working and supervising on interior and refurbishment projects.
The company take a more personal approach and take the time to develop close relationships with their clients and also have a reputation for being very thorough in their works and ensuring quality, it is therefore essential that the Working Supervisor incorporates these values.
Essential skills:
Driving sub-contractors and managing contractors as a No.1 on site
Managing and regulating all health and safety on site
Dealing with all site paperwork
Overseeing site operations
Ensuring projects are completed to a high standard on budget & on time.
CSCS, First Aid & SMSTS
Experience of working on projects up to £300k in value
The Ideal candidate will be from a joinery and will have had previous experience within the sectors mentioned above.
The Working Foreman Package
On offer is an attractive wage of up to £32k per annum dependant on exposure to the industry, in addition to great benefits such as company vehicle, fringe benefits and the offer of overtime
