Temporary Outbound Call Handlers Full Time

We are seeking Outbound Call Handlers to join our Client based in Birmingham City Centre on a temporary basis.

The hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm and the position is paying £8.50 per hour.

We are looking for individuals who –

• Is available immediately
• Has previous experience within a call centre environment.
• Has a strong, professional telephone manner
• Can deliver information clearly and is a good listener.
• Thrives on delivering a great customer experience.
• Understands the importance of recording information correctly and accurately.
