Responsibilities
Designing and developing games using C++
Mentoring and leading other programmers within the team
Developing code to automate the testing of the games you create
Working with Product Owners to define and estimate the scope of our games
Responsible for the design and documentation of feature implementation and standardisation
Experience / Skills
Professional experience of leading other developers to develop and improve applications or games
Expert knowledge of C++
Provable experience of developing and maintaining code used over multiple projects
Ability to work with other peoples code and solve problems outside your area of expertise
Significant experience with Agile
Understanding of a Scrum Masters responsibilities
Knowledge of source control software such as SVN or Git
Knowledge of estimation, task breakdown and long term planning
