Our client, a leading national Building Services Maintenance/ FM specialist has a key requirement for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join their team, the Maintenance Engineer will be providing PPM and Reactive Maintenance on a prestigous site in Birmingham City Centre.

Key duties of the Multi-Skilled Building Services Engineer will include:-

Carrying out PPM works (Planned Preventative Maintenance) on commercial properties as well as attending emergency call outs.
Work effectively as part of a team and also individually ensuring the high standards of the business are maintained at all times and communication with the client is to the required professional standard.
Ensuring that all works complies with health and safety guidelines.
Attending training sessions when required and actively support junior members of the team.

To apply for the Multi-Skilled Building Services Engineer position, the successful candidate will have a range of skills including:-

Qualification to 17th Edition electrical wiring regulations is essential with 18th Edition being beneficial.
A minimum of 6 years’ experience in a similar role dealing with a range of services including Air Conditioning, Ventilation Systems, Heating and Water Systems, Electrical Installations.
Excellent communication skills and an eye for details with a professional approach to work.
