A highly regarded demolition contractor specialising is seeking to expand their team to work on a prestige construction project within Birmingham City Centre. The company has a healthy order book and can offer a long term contract opportunity with the company open to keeping the individual on a Permanent basis.

Duties
• Responsible for the overall management and day to day running on site activity.
• Ordering materials.
• Management of Contractors/ managing staff/ dealing with any issues as and when required.
• Delivery of project on time and to a high specification.
• Cost effective strategy in Management

Criteria – The applicant must hold valid cards as follows:
• Experience as a Site Manager within the demolition sector
• Experience working on Retail, Commercial, Office, Hotels, Banks, Apartment projects.
• SMSTS
• 1st Aid
• CSDO
