As The Site manager, you will be able to manage a team and be left to handle the site, previous Project manager experience working on bespoke, complex inner city builds is essential.

The site will consist of 200units, 3, 4, 5 and 6 bed traditional build houses, finished to a high specification. The client are look for this site to win Numerous NHBC Awards

You must possess;

CSCS Card

SMSTS

First aid

Organization Skills

Communication Skills

Work to time scales

In this role you will:

Drive site forward
Support and encouraging the development of team members, motivating them to meet objectives
Use leadership skills to ensure a zero incident health & safety culture
Coordinate the commercial, production and design teams.
Control and manage projects / site budgets including profit and loss
