Our client is a fast growing reactive and planned maintenance company operating throughout the UK. Due to expansion and development, we currently have a vacancy for an experienced Facilities support and scheduling coordinator.
General Duties: Working in a small team and reporting to the helpdesk manager, your role will include: – Co-ordinating reactive and planned works for our engineers to ensure attendance within agreed SLA’s in the most efficient way possible – Liaising with clients to ensure access and customer satisfaction – Liaising with engineers to book in return visits and ensure that overdue work orders are kept to a minimum. – Liaising with engineers and senior staff to ensure orders are completed within job limit – Raising works orders, and updating in house systems and customer reports – Providing out of hours callout support and call handling on a rota basis to be agreed
Essential Requirements: – If you hold relevant work experience, motivation and excellent customer service skills, you are invited to join our team. – We will need you to provide excellent references from recent, previous employers and we expect you to have excellent geographic knowledge, customer service and communication skills and good knowledge of Microsoft office and industry relevant systems and processes.
