This is the ideal role for a customer service professional with experience of using ticketing systems to advance their career and move into a controller role, directing field-based Engineers to support customers.

The Role
As a Service Controller, you will support in co-ordinating our client’s Engineers in relation to both planned maintenance and reactive faults for their customers.
Acting as the key point of contact for customers, you will field incoming calls and direct Engineers to resolve issues that customers have reported.
You’ll ensure that customers receive the best service in a timely manner, their issues are resolved and their equipment works perfectly.
Acting as the primary point of contact for customers and the Engineering Delivery Team, you will:
– Schedule Engineers for call outs and maintenance visits – Deliver world-class customer service – Effectively communicate and log works orders – Ensure that services are delivered in-line with KPIs and customer requirements
About You
To be considered as a Service Controller, you will need:
– Strong customer service skills, specifically via the telephone with experience of raising tickets and using ticketing systems – Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel – Excellent communication skills
