I am working with market leading professional services organisation in South Birmingham to recruit a Senior Reward Consultant, initially on a twelve-month FTC. Reporting into the Head of Reward you will be joining a great team at a time of substantial change and growth.
You will lead on pieces of work including compensation and benefits, reward policies and remuneration practices and aligning these to business needs.
* Working with the Head of Reward and Employee Relations, the rest of the Reward team and the wider HR Function including HR Business Partners to develop and implement reward strategy and solutions
* Play your part in the annual reward cycles including: salary benchmarking, grading, benefits management, flexible benefits renewal and annual compensation events such as the bonus and salary review.
* Developing into a business expert in all matters relating to reward, advising senior managers and the HR team on all issues – with reference to and involving other subject matter experts where appropriate.
* Provide some thought leadership on reward topics – would be demand driven and could include, base pay, bonus, incentives, core and flexible benefits, pensions and share plans.
