This is a new opportunity, based in Birmingham city centre, with a leading UK based Project Management, Cost Management and Building Consultancy offering over 40 years experience in the Construction and Property Industry. We’re looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to deliver a full range of pre and post contract quantity surveying services, ideally offering strong pre contract PQS skills in measurement and cost planning, although the successful candidate will deliver the projects from inception to completion.
