ABC Teachers, a leading education company in The Midlands, are seeking an experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant to work in an SEN school in Birmingham on a flexible basis.

About the role:

Supporting students with Special Education Needs and Disabilities in the Early Years and Primary classess.
Providing inclusive education and care under the instruction of a class teacher.
Supporting one a one to one or small group basis.
Working on a full time, part time and flexible basis.

The school caters for students with Special Education Needs, particularly Autism.
Easily accessible from Birmingham and surrounding areas.
A well-established school with a wide range of specialist facilities.
A strong leadership team with the aim to support students in reaching their full potential.
About you:

Have strong communications skills with the ability to quickly built rapport with students.
Suitable qualifications to support students with SEND are desirable.
Have previous experience working with children and young people with Special Education Needs and Disabilities that we are able to reference.
Be open and comfortable with providing personal care.
Able to obtain suitable references and a DBS check.
