Adam Askey are roofing specialists and are based in the Birmingham area ,the company was established back in 1972 and we are looking to for an ambitious and highly motivated individual to manage our sales and marketing team .The ideal candidate will always have one eye on the big picture whilst being able to engage with the team at all levels to ensure a continued focus on performance and development.

Responsibilities:

•Develop strategies with the sales team to deliver on company goals and KPI’s

•Managing Sales and Marketing Targets and KPI’s

•Manage incoming calls to ensure data is recorded accurately for marketing purposes

•Resource and manage the budget of the Marketing department with an overall goal to reduce cost per lead

•Identify new lead generation

•Redesign and update the existing company web sites

•Create,evaluate and manage social media presence and strategy

•Ensure the development of effective promotions and campaigns to drive lead generation

•Develop programs to increase customer loyalty

•Keep promotional materials up to date

•Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing programs and implement improvements as required

•Monitor ,track and analyse performance of Sales Executives

Skills Required:

•Degree in Marketing or related subjects

•Minimum of 3 years experience in a Sales and Marketing role

•An analytical mind with the ability to evaluate and evolve approaches based on comprehensive understanding of our business goals

•Excellent time-management and organisational skills

•Computer literate in MS Word/Excel

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•Experience with CRM Software

•Self -motivated initiative taker
