Our B&CM business unit spans across the UK with the substantial part of the business unit based in London, Birmingham, Milton Keynes, Manchester and Leeds.
About the Role
The Resource Manager for B&CM will be responsible for managing the people teams within their business area to ensure staff are being utilised in a way that helps individuals meet their career goals whilst ensuring our teams are able to deliver client work to a high standard. You will have a small number of direct reports – between 1 and 3 people.
As a Resource Manager within our team you’ll have the ability to deal with a wide range of stakeholders whilst dealing with complex issues and changing situations.
