TTP Recruitment are delighted to be supporting an amazing Children’s Charity with their search for a Regional Fundraiser to join their Birmingham based team. This role will play a pivotal role for the charity as it will be responsible for building strong and lasting relationships with new and existing supporters, supporting them as they network and fundraise to have an impact on the work the charity does.

Location: Birmingham
Salary: £24,000 to £26,000

This is an amazing opportunity for someone who values building strong and lasting relationships as a big part of this role will be to proactively recruit new supporters and volunteers for the charity, help them in developing funding opportunities. You will look after your own region, developing a strategy on how to engage with supporters as well and maximising income from this area. You will work along side your Manager as well as over Regional Fundraisers as to the effective delivery of this strategy, supporting each other with best practices as well as creative approaches. A big part of this role is to ensure supporters are retained and because of this a big focus will be on the delivery of their supporter journey and going above and beyond.

This role would suit someone who has a proven track record of proactively developing relationships with supporter, growing their supporter base to lead to income generation. You will be creative and able to come up with innovative solutions to fundraising issues that might occur. People management skills are very important within this role as you will be looked upon to ensure all fundraisers in your regional are supported as well as motivated to provide the best service possible.
