Having initially opened in 2009, we have three offices based in Leicester, Birmingham and London, with plans to open a Manchester office in the next two years. We are proud to work with some of the biggest brands and blue chip companies on the market today. James Andrews are an accredited Investors in People (Silver) company and placed in The Recruiter Magazine’s “Fast 50” list of the 50 fastest-growing privately-owned recruitment firms in the UK (of which there are approximately 28,000!)Why James Andrews? The recruitment sector is dominated by companies which offer individual commission, which in turn create hard-nosed, selfish sales environments. James Andrews is different. We have created a commission structure which celebrates individual and team success in every placement, thus creating an enjoyable, supportive environment. Perfect for individuals who are target orientated and team players. We have a down-to-earth culture which focuses on team working. We are open and honest with everyone we deal with, and being a stuffy, corporate business is not what we’re about. Our “work hard”, play hard” ethos is guided by our staff who love spending time together outside work. Our relaxed dress code allows our employees to express themselves as individuals whilst still maintaining that professionalism and respect that our client’s value so much.Office LocationSince 2009, we have outgrown three offices in Leicester – a sure sign of our success. Our current office is fully refurbished and purpose built and is based right in the heart of the thriving Clarendon Park/Queen’s Road area, with plenty of free parking and public transport links. The building has a beautiful façade and actually used to be an old bank which we have now transformed into a bespoke modern office which includes a “chill out” area with TV and PlayStation – a great place to take a break from the busy office environment, or have a Friday afternoon beer with your team. Thanks to our location there are also plenty of places to go and get lunch, enjoy after-work drinks or our “Month End Friday” nights out.
