The opportunity:
You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a defect free project, and have a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and improvement. You will be supporting and working closely with the Technical Compliance Manager along with the Site Management Team from a large site office in Birmingham.
You will implement and monitor customer satisfaction scores and carry out audits during the construction of this major health scheme. You will help to ensure that the highest build standards are met with regards to health and safety and be a ‘quality assurance’ advocate for the company by compiling all necessary information from a large site based office.
Ideally you will have experience working within the construction industry and be able to audit and obtain information and paperwork from both the Site Management teams and sub-contractors on the project.

Skills and Experience:
The successful candidate will generally be procedure driven with an ability to monitor and oversee broad practices and procedures that assist with the smooth delivery of this large project. It is highly desirable that you have experience in the construction industry, previous experience with auditing and an ability to pull together large quantities of documents / information from multiple trades and Managers within set time frames.
Not only must you be driven by achieving deadlines, but be able to demonstrate and build rapport with a variety of disciplines within your day-to-day activities. Possess a good eye for detail and have strong communication skills, due to you liaising with Site Management and Sub-Contractors.
