Key responsibilities:
First point of contact for complaints within the department.
Resolve issues and monitor performance.
Be knowledgeable in the client’s services and keep up to date with policy and procedure changes.
To ensure all investigation into queries is adhering to legal, regulatory and business handling standards.
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience within a similar role, ideally within a utilities company.
Ability to resolve issues and problem solve.
Great multitasking skills.
A can-do attitude!
