Property & Accounts Administrator
With over 95 offices across the UK, Northwood are an established, progressive and motivated franchise Estate Agency working across both residential sales and lettings. We have an outstanding reputation winning the British Property Awards 2 years running 2 in the local area and are considered to be one of the market leader in the region.
Duties will include:
Being polite and friendly is good, but we have a reputation for going “Over & Above”. So, you will have to demonstrate that you have strong communication skills, be extremely presentable, with an ability to take on information quickly and be able to work proactively and flexibly with a positive approach.
We are a small team, so you will need to work under your own initiative and you will need plenty of common sense! If you want a 9-5 job to pass the time of day please do NOT apply. We are looking for someone who wants to meet a challenge head on and hit the ground running.
You must be able to prioritise your own workload & you will have a reputation for staying ahead of the game! You will be an expert at “multi-tasking”. It is vital that you are a quick learner.
You will be fluent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) & have a basic understanding of databases, although full training will be given on our bespoke systems. We use a digital diary system & process all client information digitally on our database.
Essentials:
The position is full time, the hours are Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30.

In return for this Property Administrator role, the position offers a salary of £17,000 to £20,000 (Depending on Experience) plus a free City Centre parking space.
