Projects Manager (Regional Contractor)
The position of a Project Manager will require the successful candidate to manage complex construction and refurbishment projects ranging value from �3m – �8m. The Project Manager will be responsible for project delivery, client interfacing and the management of site based staff to ensure the schemes are built on time and to budget. The Project Manager will be based in the office and oversee 1 to 2 projects, and be involved in tendering future work – almost as a Contracts Manager.
What we are looking for:
As a Projects Manager you will be able to demonstrate a solid career history and a proven track record of managing design and build projects up to �5m. It is essential that you are delivery focussed and up-to-date with health & safety procedures.
