Venn Group is currently recruiting for an experienced Project Officer on behalf of an NHS Trust based in Birmingham.
Successful candidates will come from a strong Project Officer background. This is an initial 3 month contract (extensions possible) paying £17.70 via an Umbrella company.
Duties:
Plan, co-ordinate, deliver and monitor a broad range of complex tasks or programmes of work to ensure the expected outcomes of the HEE Mandate and Delivery plan are met or exceeded
Work alongside and Deputise for the Project Manager, carrying out appropriate duties in their absence
Manage, support and oversee the work of the project support/administrator acting as a role model in terms of delivering a culture of high performance, effective time management and flexibility in delivering workloads and priorities
Establish and proactively maintain constructive relationships with a broad range of diverse internal and external stakeholders and groups, modelling a collaborative and influencing style of working
Participate in relevant internal and external working groups/projects, services and initiatives which align with the vision for Learning Disability and Autism programme objectives
Develop networks to establish common interests of HEE more widely. Use networks to share and spread best practice and promote the viability and reputation of the Widening Participation programme
Support planning and delivery of Learning Disability and Autism programme communication, engagement and developmental events and workshops
Produce timely and accurate information analysis and reporting with information in suitable format for audience and available in detailed reports to enable and enhance decision making at senior levels
Support and enable others to achieve individual and collective objectives
