They cover traditional build, design & build and detail & build projects. Over the years they have built up an enviable reputation and are now enjoying solid and profitable growth. Therefore, they are seeking a talented Contracts Manager to join their team based in the West Midlands.
Project Manager Duties:
As a Project Manager, you will have overall responsibility for fit out projects valued £200k – £2million, from inception to completion, dealing with any issues as they arise.
The company are well renowned for developing long term client relationships, so it is important that the Projects Manager incorporates these values.
Key Responsibilities include:
Manage the client relationship from start to finish
Managing between 2-3 projects at any given time
Controlling all commercial aspects of each project from inception through to completion
Head up client meetings and associated issues
Put in place Health & Safety plans
Liaising on all levels to ensure effective communication is always maintained
Hand over projects on time and to budget and quality
Following all projects through all stages from start to hand over through to final accountsAs Project Manager you will be required to be a self-motivated individual that is autonomous in your role, whilst being able to drive subcontractors.
Previous experience within the fit out sector (either office or retail) would be advantageous.
