An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly expanding Multidisciplinary Construction Consultancy based in central Birmingham. This prestigious organisation are seeking a Project Manager to run a variety of different project ranging across a number of sectors some of which include Commercial, Residential, Leisure and Healthcare.

The Company

The successful Project Manager will be working for an award winning Multi – Disciplinary Construction Consultancy within their Project Management division.

Day to Day duties will include…

Planning and Time Management
Resource Management
Financial and Budget Management
Communication
Delegation and Motivation
General Construction

The Role

The Project Manager role involves the successful implementation and delivery of projects to ensure that they are on time, to high quality and within the specified budget. You will delivering specialist services across employer’s agent, pre – contract management services, development management, and contract administration. Also Providing Due diligence, programme management and fund monitoring.

The Person

The Project Manager suitable for the role must have experience working within a construction consultancy environment. You will be a team player that will contribute to a friendly and positive environment, focussed on their goals, managing resources whilst highlighting new and repeat business opportunities. You must be adaptable, engaging and customer driven.

The ideal candidate will be a Project Manager with roughly 2+ years post graduate experience and you must show interest in wishing to become MRICS or MAPM.
