POSITION: Project Manager
SALARY: Up to £50,000 Basic Salary DOE + Car Allowance + Private Medical + Pension + 25 Days Holiday
Our client is a market leading national building services provider with offices throughout the UK. Due to expansion and continued growth, they are now looking to take on an experienced Project Manager.
In the role of Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects within the Building Services sector from initiation to completion. This will include all planning, budgeting and documenting a range of projects within the commercial sector including (but not limited to) Schools, Factories and Leisure.
Ideally, you will have experience of managing projects within the building services industry, across mechanical OR electrical specialisms in the commercial sector with a value ranging from £1mil- £3.5mil.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE PROJECT MANAGER ROLE
You will need:
– SMSTS Qualified
– Ideally Apprenticeship Trained
– At least 5 Years experience in Building Services Project Management
– Strong Communication Skills
– Full UK Driving Licence
