Dawson Levy are pleased to be working on behalf of one of the UK’s leading Architectural practices in their current search for an experienced Landscape Architect to join them in their Birmingham offices. Our client are a well-established, award winning practice with offices across the UK, working on some of the latest projects around the country. This opportunity is perfect for an experienced Landscape Architect who is looking to develop their career with a growing business.

This role will require you to lead and deliver on Landscape Architecture commissions working directly with various in-house and external teams on projects within; Master-planning, Mixed-Use, Residential, Education and Commercial projects. You must have demonstrable skills leading and delivering complex schemes with good technical design competency and strong knowledge of the UK standards and planning systems to budget and within deadline. You should also be proficient in the use of ArchiCad. Good communication ability and experience liaising with Clients and stakeholders is essential.

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years’ experience post-Chartership
Proficient user of ArchiCad
Experience of various project types (Master-planning, Residential, Education, etc.)
Experience working through all stages from concept right through to completion
Proven Technical knowledge and understanding of UK standards and Planning systems
Excellent communication ability required
