Working with some of the most vulnerable adults in the local area, often at times of crisis, their project aims to provide support and services that will improve lives whilst growing important networks around the people that need them most.
Working as part of the Wellbeing First team, the successful candidate will lead on their exciting Hoarding pilot, developing holistic approaches to supporting people affected by hoarding and/or self-neglect which may escalate to hoarding behaviours.
Due to the nature of the project there may be occasions when evening or weekend work is required.
