A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Project Administrator with a leading manufacturing organisation based in the Birmingham area on a permanent basis.

My client specialises in producing components for highly regulated industries including the marine, defence and nuclear sectors.

Job Description

Reporting to the Programme Director and working alongside the Project Managers, the Project Administrator will take responsibility for administrative tasks within the Project Management function
Responsible for supporting the Project Managers in delivering projects on time, within budget and within scope
Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient communication and implementation of the project
Supporting in creating and maintaining project work plans to ensure on time delivery
Following up on actions for project deliverables.
Supporting in the management, maintenance and completion of project documents.
Ensuring appropriate storage, distribution and maintenance of project documents.
Support in the preparation and submission of project status reports to stakeholders.
Providing documentation for and support during customer meetings relating to projects

Project Administrator

Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications

An experienced project administrator with strong organisation and communication skills
Experience of working in a manufacturing or engineering company
High levels of IT Skills are essential to this role and extremely proficient in MS programs
