Blackthorn Trace have the opportunity of a Programme Office to join a newly formed IT team within a UK leading financial services organisation. The company have recently been acquired by a private equity firm, hence the rebuild of the technology department.
What your day to day would look like:
Working as an assistant to the CTO.
Assist the project manager in the execution of the management plan for assigned projects.
Help coordinate and manage projects from inception to completion.
Carry out daily operational tasks in an effective and timely manner.
Coordinating and delivering supporting activities within the PMO, Project and Programme including communications, reporting and administrative duties.
The role holder will be required to arrange and attend meeting, capture minutes, document and track actions to completion and circulate updates to relevant stakeholder groups, tracking and reporting updates as and when required.
What we are looking for from you:
Self-starter who can work well independently
Strong communication skills in all forms.
IT projects experience and an understanding of technology.
Excellent documentation skill set including co-ordination of proof of concept.
