What to expect Specific responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
Support and assist with the end to end payroll processing and procedures
To utilise knowledge of statutory regulations in relation to payroll
To help support with pension auto enrolment rules
Key point of contact for all payroll related queries via phone and email, whilst liaising with Payroll Consultant and outsourced payroll provider
To support with sickness processes in relation to multiple sickness schemes
To be involved with the reconciliation process
To produce reports to relevant stakeholders at an intermediate level
Create local working instructions and process mapping for all relevant payroll procedures
Would suit someone who
Has proven previous experience working in payroll
Has excellent organisational skills and have a strong customer service focus with the ability to communicate effectively using a range of methods
Enjoys detailed work involving systems, plans and reporting
Is able to work as part of a team and be individually motivated to manage your own workload
Can demonstrate flexibility and juggle multiple tasks and respond to stakeholder requests in a timely manner
Has intermediate knowledge of excel and reporting
Is curious about how things are done and enjoys solving problems
Is able to collaborate and communicate with people at all levels
