My client requires and experienced hands on operations manager to lead a team of c.35FTE though a team of managers. You will also be the operational point of contact for an outsourced client.
This is an urgent hire with ideally an immediate start
About the Role:
The role will include
Operational leadership of the customer service / back office team driving them towards operational, client and customer experience targets
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide excellence in operational delivery and customer experience
Some client management experience – you will be client facing and work very closely with an account manager
What we’re looking for:
An experienced call centre specialist with experience gained from an inbound/outbound contact centre/back office unit who has managed and motivated their team. You will also have an understanding what motivates your team to deliver. This is an excellent role for an experienced and autonomous individual who can deal with clients effectively and ensure operations are continually improved.
