Immediate Response are recruiting for Non-Conformance Advisors on behalf of a well-established client based in south Birmingham.
Reporting to the Driver Operations Manager, the Non-Conformance Advisors position will be to reduce delays to a minimum for both drivers and customers. This will be a fast-paced role, you must have the ability to multi task and cope under pressure.
Responsibilities will include but won’t be limited to:
Answering incoming calls within 3 rings.
Being aware of customer requirements.
Co-ordinating the appropriate breakdown response and update drivers.
Updating drivers with progresses/instructions to resolve issues.
Updating Senior Customer Service Advisors of any customer issues or complaints.
Updating Supervisors/Controllers of any driver issues or complaints.
Contacting the collection/delivery points to resolve issues raised by drivers as quickly and as cost effective as possible.
Ensuring full notes are entered into the system to provide a full audit trail of events.
Ensuring all waiting times are completed and non-conformance codes are deleted where waiting time is not applicable. If not applicable ensure full notes are made in each job as to the reason for deleted code.
Updating records to log poor address data, reviewing monthly and providing solutions to BCAL management team for improvements.
Liaising with the Planning Department, Senior Customer Service Advisors and Controllers if jobs are aborted.
Any other duties as may be reasonable and within your skill capability.
This will be a temporary to permanent position with a salary starting from £19,000 rising up to £21,000 per annum once taken on permanent.
