Non-Conformance Advisor

Immediate Response are recruiting for Non-Conformance Advisors on behalf of a well-established client based in south Birmingham.

Reporting to the Driver Operations Manager, the Non-Conformance Advisors position will be to reduce delays to a minimum for both drivers and customers. This will be a fast-paced role, you must have the ability to multi task and cope under pressure.

Responsibilities will include but won’t be limited to:

• Answering incoming calls within 3 rings.
• Being aware of customer requirements.
• Co-ordinating the appropriate breakdown response and update drivers.
• Updating drivers with progresses/instructions to resolve issues.
• Updating Senior Customer Service Advisors of any customer issues or complaints.
• Updating Supervisors/Controllers of any driver issues or complaints.
• Contacting the collection/delivery points to resolve issues raised by drivers as quickly and as cost effective as possible.
• Ensuring full notes are entered into the system to provide a full audit trail of events.
• Ensuring all waiting times are completed and non-conformance codes are deleted where waiting time is not applicable. If not applicable ensure full notes are made in each job as to the reason for deleted code.
• Updating records to log poor address data, reviewing monthly and providing solutions to BCAL management team for improvements.
• Liaising with the Planning Department, Senior Customer Service Advisors and Controllers if jobs are aborted.
• Any other duties as may be reasonable and within your skill capability.

This will be a temporary to permanent position with a salary starting from £19,000 rising up to £21,000 per annum once taken on permanent.

Hours of work are 8.00am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday
