An experienced Multi Skilled Operative is required in the Birmingham area for works with our client, a large provider to local authority and housing associations.

Must be competant in the following area; Carpentry, basic plumbing, tiling, patch plastering, basic brick work and Painting and Decorating

The company offers a complete range of property services, and are looking to increase their team of trade operatives within the Void repairs team

The successfull candidate will have the following:

Own Tools and Transport
CSCS card holder
Asbestos Awareness would be advantageous
