An established UK Insurance Broker seeks an enthusiastic individual to join their team as an Insurance Customer Service Advisor.
As an Insurance Customer Service Advisor you will manage a portfolio of existing insurance accounts providing an excellent level of customer service whilst always striving to up sell and maximise revenue on each account. You will be responsible for carrying out mid term policy adjustments such as change of vehicle, change of address or adding drivers on. You will liaise with insurers when doing so to discuss any potential rate and term changes.
A key part of the role is building personal and trusting relationships with customers, you will develop an understanding of customers need and offer appropriate products and services that fulfil them offering a first class customer service experience.
To be considered you will have previous insurance experience within a customer service environment. This can however come from any type of insurance either personal lines or commercial.
