Our Client, a well known building services contractor based in the West Midlands, is looking to recruit a Mechanical D&B Estimator to join their team. Working in conjunction with the senior management team you will be required to produce fast and accurate tenders for the HVAC element of building services projects using computerised estimation software. Projecst will be across a wide range of sectors and from £100K to £multi million in scope.

We would like to hear from Candidates with a background in mechanical estimation within the building services sector. You will, most likely, already be working for a building services contractor but be looking to join a busy and dynamic business with a good order book and potential for career progression.

The ability to take a Clients brief and work out a commercial design and produce costs for presentation is an essential criteria for this role. My Clients works predominantly on design and build project, hence this requirement
