Our client a well-established light commercial van hire company who have a reputation for providing a high standard of customer care and carrying out high standard of repairs and servicing:

Master Technicians responsibilities

* Ensuring the team service, repair and prepare vehicles to the highest possible standards

* Ensuring the quality of your team’s workmanship

* Allocating work effectively across the team

* Answering technical queries from customers

* Acting as a role model for your team

The successful candidate will be:

* Extensive Experience in servicing and repairing vehicles

* Qualified to City & Guilds/ NVQ Automotive Servicing & Repair Level 4

* Comfortable in diagnosing and rectifying faults and defects

* Experienced in the use of diagnostic equipment

* Fastidious about attention to detail

* Able to effectively plan workloads and prioritise

* Comfortable in recruiting, training and managing a high performing team

* Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service

* Unafraid to get your hands dirty where required

* Able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills

* Must have own tools and Full Driving licence

Hours of work Monday-Friday (Apply online only) and (Apply online only) rotating weekly, the garage is open Saturday 9am-12 this is paid overtime and worked on a rota where you work every other week.

Basic Salary £35K plus Overtime
