Willmott Dixon Interiors are seeking a proactive and highly motivated Marketing Assistant to join it’s growing Midlands team, based in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be required to work 3 days per work and the role will involve some travelling to our exciting project sites across the Midlands.
Ideally this position would suit someone who has experience delivering successful marketing outcomes in a fast-paced corporate environment.
You must have excellent people skills – including the ability to listen, collaborate, lead, influence and inspire.
As a Marketing Assistant you will lead and deliver project marketing plans and marketing activities for our current interior fit-out and refurbishment project, business development and ongoing PR.
You will be responsible for writing creative content, leadership pieces and good news stories from across the business. You’ll manage project photography, develop photography briefs and give creative direction.
You’ll create and manage content for company website, develop and assist with social media content by creating dynamic written, graphic and video content, marketing campaigns, including creation of content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation.
You will manage site branding and ensure brand consistency across all project sites. Develop creative ideas for hoarding graphics and bespoke signs and support with the production of marketing collateral, brochures, case studies, videos and graphics.
Working with the Marketing Manager on company wide marketing initiatives. You will work closely with key internal stakeholders and provide marketing support as well as manage relationships with customer marketing team and external agencies on all of our projects.
You will conduct market research and industry knowledge as well as support event marketing requirements.
