R13 Recruitment are partnering with a non-for-profit training provider in order to help them recruit a Management & Employability Trainer. This is a peripatetic role covering Birmingham and the East Midlands where you will be delivering a range of business qualifications to larger nationals employers as well as SME business through workshops and training activities.
This role will be suitable for someone with previous training and employability experience who is looking to work for a company with a strategic approach who are passionate about enabling others to achieve their full potential.
Your duties will include:
Engaging with employers to deliver a high-quality service.
Delivering a range of business qualifications including Business Administration, Team Leading & Management up to Level 5.
Maintaining and monitoring a caseload of learners.
Developing and tailoring learning materials to the learner’s needs.
Utilising a range of techniques to ensure learners are engaged and able to progress with their qualification.
Providing learner support alongside identification of any learner issues and creation of additional support plans where necessary.
Maintaining and updating an accurate record of learner documents, using these to record all progress and achievement.
Working with senior leadership to improve subject delivery through learning observation and success
Identifying new opportunities and referring learners to further progression where required.
You will have/be:
Experience of delivering ILM to level 5 or equivalent.
Management NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
Relevant employability qualifications.
Experience in delivering workshops.
Flexible and innovative approach to work.
Confident in tailoring approach to suit learners needs.
Strong communication skills coupled with ability to tailor approach to suit individual needs.
Understanding of quality and compliance frameworks.
Full driving licence and access to a vehicle, as this role requires travel.
This is a full time, permanent opportunity which will involve travel across the Birmingham & East Midlands region. The offered salary for this position is £28,000 – £30,000 dependant on experience. This role also offers a comprehensive benefits package.
