A leading environmental consultancy is seeking a land access coordinator for work on a national infrastructure project. The role involves coordinating land access surveyor teams. This consultancy provides for a wide range of clients within the private and public sectors. The successful candidate will have ample progression opportunities, training and a highly rewarding career.

Key Duties of a Land Access Coordinator:

Identifying land required for survey in conjunction with environmental team;
Liaising with landowners/agents/environmental teams/surveyors to secure land access and correct/safe access for surveyors
Managing survey databases
Reporting on survey status, requirements and survey preparation.Person Specification:

A degree in an environmental discipline is essential;
Strong written and verbal communication is desirable, as role involves dealing with and presenting to stakeholders;
Ability to understand business structures and develop working relationships with technical disciplines and project managers;
Ideally competent with MS Office and Google mapping software;
Adaptability to changing tasks is beneficial;
Organisation and planning skills preferable;
