Are you a Junior Design Engineer with with an electrical background, looking to join a leading company where you will receive specialist training and gain valuable project management experience?

On offer is an excellent opportunity where you will oversee projects through from cradle to grave, you will work with high end clients and have opportunities to progress into more senior roles.

This well-established company are on the UKs leading suppliers to the rail industry. Part of wider group, they pride themselves on excellent quality and reputation within the industry. You’ll be joining at an excellent time as they look to maintain their place as a leader within the industry.

In this highly varied role you will work on projects from start to finish, creating drawings and designs off spec for manufacturing and liaising with clients throughout the process. The role will involve a mixture of office and site commissioning work.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Design Engineer with electrical experience to receive specialist training on project management and progress their career to senior engineer.

The role:
– Design & detail products for Rail industry
– Liaise with clients / Deal with technical enquiries
– Project Management
– Procuring materials
– Testing & commissioning products

The person:
– Degree or HNC in Electrical Engineering
– AutoCAD 2D & 3D
– Exposure to control panels
– Commercial / customer experience
