Alecto Recruitment are currently representing an industry leading and global facilities management company, who are now seeking a Security Install and commissioning Engineer to join their team In the South West.

The Company & Role:

Our client provides Security solutions for industries and sectors throughout the UK, such as Scotland, Leeds, Coventry, Birmingham and the North. They have been established since 1985 and specialise in the instillation and commissioning of electronic security systems. They have a vast array of knowledge and experience working on large scale projects for blue chip clients protecting their data, staff and property.

Due to expansion, we are now seeking an experienced Security commissioning and Install Engineer to cover the South West.

The role will entail carrying out the install and commissioning of CCTV, intruder Alarm Systems and Access control as well as various other systems within the field of operation.

The Person

To be considered for this role, you will ideally be based within an easy commute of the Center of the UK and have an Install and commissioning background looking after Intruder Alarms, CCTV and Access Control

Candidates from further afield may be considered, but it is essential you have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the security sector

Experience Required

• Ability to work autonomously and work flexible hours
• CSCS card
• Previous Security Industry experience
• Knowledge of a variety of security systems
• Experience working with Samsung, Galaxy, 360 vision and ACT systems
• The ability to provide excellent customer service
• Can install and commission systems with ease and efficiency

Ideally, we are seeking a technically experienced Engineer, who can work on their own initiative.

Package

• Salary – £32000 – £33,000 based on experience
• Working Hours 08.30-17.00 hrs – (Lunch Break ½ Hour)
• Holidays – 20 days plus bank holidays
• 40 hrs per week
• Overtime paid at preferential rates
