This growing and excellent School based in Birmingham are looking for a HR Manager on a temporary to permanent basis to join them as soon as possible. With great visions and values this school is a great place to work, they would like this role to report directly into the School Business Manager and help support the Headteacher and partner schools.
Your new role
The duties of this role will include management of staff absences, training course attendance under the schools leave of absence scheme. You will need to support with the administration of the annual leave scheme both monitoring and supporting the support staff, performance management of staff, reviewing the job descriptions to ensure roles are delivering within the business. You will also need to manage all recruitment campaigns including adverts, job descriptions and person specifications among many other duties for the role.
What you’ll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role you will need to be an experienced HR Manager or HR advisor who has worked in a school or education setting previously. This role is due to start quickly so you must also be available to start as soon as needed. The role is working within the office just outside of central Birmingham so you must be able to travel to Birmingham daily.
