Great opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join a busy ER function!HR Advisor / ER Advisor – Retail
Are you experienced in providing telephone-based HR and ER Advice to employees within a large commercial environment?
If so, we’d love to hear from you!
As HR Advisor here at Signet Jewelers, you’ll be part of our busy Employee Relations team based within our Store Support Centre in Birmingham. You’ll provide effective first-line telephone-based HR advice to store based employees across our H.Samuel, Ernest Jones stores; you’ll also provide HR advice to all Store Support Centre employees here in the UK.
You’ll provide guidance for enquiries relating to disciplinaries, grievances, flexible working, absence and performance management.
You’ll also take care of any necessary administration including: producing letters as and when required for line managers and HR Business Partners, maintaining accurate and up to date day files and logs in order to effectively track ongoing issues.
About You
Suitable applicants will have experience of the following:
Experience in providing HR advice over the telephone and exhibit a clear customer-focused approach
You’ll have experience of providing HR advice within large multi-site businesses (retail, hospitality or leisure environments preferred) with employees spread across several sites.
