Position: Health & Social Care Assessor Level 5 Location: West Midlands Salary: £22,000 – £24,000 plus bonus which can top up salary to £27,000 – £30,000 We all know that travel is part of the game when it comes to work based learning, with many a role taking you above and beyond the often advertised ’40 mile radius’. So how’s about a role that just covers a compact part of the West Midlands? Your cohort of 40 learners will all be based in and around the Birmingham and some of the Staffordshire area which will significantly reduce your time on the road, but will still allow you the flexibility and autonomy in your diary.
Remote based position, you will be working with learners on an individual basis who are undertaking apprenticeship programmes in Health & Social Care, from levels 2, 3, and 5 so experience on the level 5 programmes are highly desireable here.
The training provider are a national provider that operate across a wide range of apprenticeship portfolios, of which Healthcare has been a long standing provision for them. They have a well established learning platform and materials for the City & Guilds standards. Key points for yourself, is that the provider offer a range of excellent benefits including 40p per mile, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays plus Xmas shut down, Pension, Life assurance and income protection, plus a number of optional benefits which include the likes of healthcare and dental.
As this is an Assessor position, you will be qualified as an assessor yourself, if you are PTLLs or IQA (Or equivalent) qualified also this is of major benefit but not essential to the role.
