The Health & Safety Manager Role
The Health and Safety Manager will have overall responsibility of Health and Safety across the board.
As Health & Safety Manager, you will be leading Health & Safety from the Midlands office, covering various projects up to £25million in value. Sectors include; Healthcare, Education, Commercial & Extra Care.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing Health & Safety aspects on site
Attending pre start meetings and forming construction phase plans
Managing on-site training programmes
Making weekly site visits
Issuing reports to Director level
Providing ongoing safety advice to the Project teamThe Health & Safety Manager will come from a construction background and have the minimum following qualifications and experience:
NEBOSH
First Aid
Experience of Health & Safety Management
Previous experience of writing, reviewing and implementing on-site procedures
An up to date knowledge of current Health & Safety regulation and any changesThe Health & Safety Manager Package
