This excellent and growing, busy, fast paced organisation are looking to bring on board a Head of HR to provide strategic and day to day leadership to the HR team. The role will be remote working initially but they have a great head office function based in central Birmingham.
Your new role
This role will entail developing an effective HR Operational Service which includes fully utilising HR systems to inform activity in collaboration with senior colleagues and within your team. You will need to develop the people strategy and the implementation of all people initiatives, projects and programmes. You will need to clearly define requirements of tools required from the specialist OD and Reward team in order to support the delivery of the people plan, and agree together how this will be supported. Implementing continuous improvement processes to ensure all HR systems are fit for purpose. This duties are among many other duties the role requires.
What you’ll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role you will need to be an experienced Head of HR who is immediately available or on a 1 week notice period. You will need to have previously worked within a Public Sector Organisation and be able to hit the ground running.
