A varied and hugely interesting role, you will lead our estates and stewardship services in Birmingham and Shropshire with the overarching aim of creating and maintaining environmentally sustainable places.
Whilst place-shaping is an integral part of this exciting role, you will need to be equally skilled at successfully managing and building relationships with customers to ensure that they can and are fully involved in shaping services.
Your remit will include:
Estate and stewardship services
Design guides
Home owner compliance with covenants
Partnership working with external agencies
Community participation and decision making
Effective leadership skills will be vital to this role as will being able to live our values of partnership, fairness, quality, integrity and innovation through your own actions and those of your team.
