I am currently looking for a Head of Customer Service to work for a residential developer based in Cambridgeshire. This will cover the Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire & Buckinghamshire patch.
You will be managing a team of 8 which includes managers, coordinators & operatives ensuring that the quality & customer journey is a high standard.
The ideal candidate will have stable work experience managing a customer care or quality department for a housing developer previously. In addition to this you will have key factors in people management for example appraisals, recruitment & developments of staff. You will also need to demonstrate a key eye for detail when it comes to the quality of property.
