Your new employer is one of the most renowned domestic mover in the Midlands. They have a strong ethos, focusing on integrity, honesty and putting the client first at all times. The business began as a small family-ran operation which has now grown to provide tailored services to upscale markets around the Midlands. They are now looking for a Front of House manager of their Headquarters based in Tyseley.

Your new role
As a Front of House Manager, you will be the face welcoming customers into the building. You will be responsible for ensuring the public is welcomed in and assisted with all enquiries. You will be managing a busy switchboard, assisting and actioning client enquiries. You will be responsible for diary management of one surveyor, booking in quotation visits as well as taking bookings in. You will be managing a shared inbox, dealing with all enquiries and sending confirmations. You will also be responsible for client show rounds and ad hoc admin duties such as filing and marketing.

What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful, you must be a resilient and tenacious individual, who has experience working in an ever-changing environment. This role can be extremely busy but also quiet at times, so flexibility is vital. You must be customer focused and well-versed on the phone.

What you’ll get in return
My client offers a fantastic salary of up to £23,000 on 36 hours working week. Working hours are reviewed on case by case basis, excluding key holder duties. This is a business who has a family atmosphere and will embrace all newcomers, hoping to be another lifelong member of the team.
