The Company:

Main Duties:
Assising Sales Director by providing support and customer service clients

The Role:
– To support maintain and develop the business customers
– To proceed to the orders, ensure the quality of the deliveries
– To make sure the database is accurate
– To provide suggestions and advice to customers
– To create and maintain a good relationship with customers
– To be able to solve problems and issues and provide accurate reports
– To support the sales team

The Candidate:
– Fluent in French to mother tongue standard – Fluent in English
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– A confident and articulate telephone manner
– Strong administration and organisational skills
– Customer driven with the ability to show genuine empathy
– Be able to take initiative
– Team player and proactive

Salary:
Up to £18,000 pa + Benefits
